You also show understanding of the components of fitness. Try writing in more detail instead of rushing through your work. AO1 - Grade - Distinction Well done Callum, this is an excellent presentation. Your knowledge of the area as a whole really shines through here. You talk about the importance of testing and types of test in the Police Force. I very much like the comparison of tests done in Australia. Well done.
AO2 - Grade - Distinction Well done boys, this is an excellent piece of work. You have clearly worked very hard together to get all of your knowledge and understanding across. You have made some very valuable points and linked them to excellent examples. Next time use a wider variety of sources.
AO4 - Grade - Distinction Callum the training programme you designed was good although it lacked progression and overload. The written elemen element of this work covers all necessary points when it comes to analysing your fitness programme. Your understanding of some of the work is good. However, there are elements where you do you not go in to enough detail. In order to guarantee Distinction standard you must try to develop the points that you are trying to make by using examples from your own experience or research others. Instead of rushing through to make another point on a different subject. Take your time doing your work from now on instead of leaving it to the last minute.
I think I have done well in Unit 3 except for Unit3 AO3 were i could of used more detail and better structure. Most of all I think i need to be using more referenceing to build and keep my work at distinction level.
